Erik Haller, founder of Intronic, has accumulated over 20 years of experience in developing tailored programming solutions to automation and business challenges, managing complex projects,
and cultivating deep understanding of diverse workflows to serve clients in a variety of industries.
In partnership with Switzerland-based Bühler-Mechatronik,
he spent over 10 years working collaboratively to design and build custom systems for the technology, process & analytics, medical, and research & development fields.
Intronic’s working relationships are grounded in skill and experience, and complemented by open communication, teamwork, and transparency.
We are goal-oriented and maximize return on investment within agreed-upon timelines.
Intronic was established in Canada in 2020.
Streamline operations with state-of-the-art robotics and machine vision.
We will partner with you to introduce new or upgrade existing automation that is critical for your production line and product. Together we can:
{ PLC, Machine Vision, Robotics }
Evolve your business’s productivity.
Integrate an Industry 4.0 solution to create a more flexible and agile manufacturing process or generate meaningful data about your processes so you can make informed decisions.
Intronic has everything it takes to design and integrate the software solutions you need.
{ Desktop- and Client/Server Applications, Software and Database Design, Cloud Solutions }
Each project begins with a comprehensive analysis to build a deep understanding of clients’ business needs.
Once areas for improvement have been targeted, the Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
guide our approach to streamlining business and manufacturing processes for industrial automation, software applications, and process engineering.
We know how to:
Outsource your integration project to an independent partner.
Intronic is your choice when you need advice on purchasing new equipment and integrating and maintaining it.
We will guide you from A to Z to:
Intronic will help you advance the security, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of your manufacturing plant.
Regularly maintained equipment supports a more stable and reliable production line.
Scheduled interruption for servicing leads to consistent product quality, lower operational cost, and ultimately increases operational time.

Guided by lean manufacturing principles, multiple self-contained units for sensor calibration and testing were designed and built.
To simplify management by authorized users, we employed a centralized database system calibration procedure to store parameters and measurement tolerances.
The capacity to scale the process was built into the design.
Multiple units can be linked to the central database and to process sensors simultaneously.
A few highlights of the project include:
{ Beckhoff TwinCat3, SQL Database, C# .Net, OPC/UA, HMI, ModBus, Profibus, Linear-systems }
A calibration and testing process was embedded into a manufacturing line between the assembly and packaging elements.
Fully compatible with lean manufacturing parameters, the project employed multiple calibration points via the control of a vacuum pump and specific gas concentration.
A few of the project’s specifications that were met include:
{ Beckhoff TwinCat3, SQL Database, C# .Net, OPC/UA, HMI, Vacuum/Gas mixture }
A TruMark™ laser is a complex system that combines optics, a laser source, an operating system, software, and more.
Our fully custom-build test application helps the client’s system engineering team manage a wide variety of test cases more efficiently.
We engineered a high degree of flexibility into the design of this application to give the users the ability to integrate their own LabView
services and extend the functionality of the system.
Through the addition of a reporting system, we facilitated the collection of data during test runs
(e.g. debug messages, warnings, information, step results, etc.) This data in turn is used to create multiple reports for different purposes.
{ C# .Net, WPF, MVVM, WCF-Service, SQL Database }
A TruMark™ laser has a variety of interface options an end user can choose from.
Each type of interface must be tested by the system engineering team before a new version of the marking laser can be released.
Our client's choice was a Beckhoff PLC because of its wide selection of supported fieldbus communication protocols.
We assisted this project with application design, developing testing tools, and finally programming the PLC system.
Together with the system engineering team, we achieved a major component of the whole TruMark™ system test application.
